The forgotten graves of Americans who answered the call of duty are scattered around the world. The pictures below represent only a fraction of the hundreds of thousands of Americans who died fighting our enemies.
This is the Manila American Cemetery in the Philippines. Over 17,000 Americans who died in the war against the Japanese are buried here.

This is the National Memorial Cemetery Of The Pacific in Honolulu, Hawaii. Over 35,000 Americans who died in WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War are buried here.

This is the Luxembourg American Cemetery where over 5,000 Americans who died fighting the Germans are buried.

This is the WWII Netherlands American Cemetery. The walls of the Court of Honor list 1,722 missing American servicemen who have never been found and rest in unknown graves far from home. Here lie 8,301 American dead, most of whom lost their lives nearby.

This is the Henri Chapelle American Cemetery in Belgium. Here rest 7,989 of our American military dead, most of whom gave their lives in the Battle of the Bulge, or during the advance across Germany during the fall and winter of 1944 and the spring of 1945. Others were lost in air operations over the region.

I believe in forgiveness as much as the next person. Our former enemies deserve forgiveness as much as Americans deserve forgiveness for their own atrocities committed during war. However, on the other hand, actions have consequences. I don't believe that our government should ask us to die in foreign wars and then, a few years later, ask us to trade with them. Our government may but I will not betray my brothers.
Americans have forgotten that Mitsubishi is the company that manufactured the Japanese war planes that attacked Pearl Harbor and killed so many of our soldiers during World War II.
